摘    要:本文对如何解决新疆风能资源进行大规模开发时所遇到的瓶颈进行了探讨,提出了一种解决问题的新思路。用详细的数据介绍了新疆丰富的风能资源分布,讨论了在大规模开发时遇到的电网稳定性、有效负荷需求不足以及没有联网电网的支持等问题,最后,根据新疆拥有丰富的天然气资源,提出了采用一种新型的风电-燃气轮机互补发电系统来彻底解决风电场负荷的波动对电网稳定性不利的影响,为新疆的风能大规模开发提供了一种新的可能。

Abstract:This paper presents a new method to solve the key problems ot wind energy resource development in large-scale in Xinjiang autonomous region, China. The abundant wind energy resource and developmental prospect in Xinjiang region are described firstly. The current and layout of wind power development in Xinjiang are also introduced. The key problems such as electric network stability, effective load demanddeficient and unconnected electric network restriction are discussed while wind power is developing. According to the abundant natural gas resource and electric layout, a novel hybrid power system, which comprises wind farm and gas turbine power plants, is discussed to solve the electric network stability problems because of the wind power fluctuation with compensation from gas turbine output.
