大学新生社会支持、应对方式与学校适应的关系

摘    要:目的探讨大学新生社会支持、应对方式与学校适应的关系。方法采用应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表及中国大学生适应量表对256名大学新生进行测量。结果①大学新生学校适应与积极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.325~0.595;P均<0.01),与消极应对呈显著负相关(r=-0.595~-0.290;P均<0.01);②大学新生学校适应总分及各维度与社会支持总分及各维度呈显著正相关(相关系数为0.166~0.492;P均<0.01);③社会支持不仅直接影响大学新生学校适应(路径系数为0.456,P<0.001),还通过积极应对间接影响大学新生学校适应(路径系数为0.509;P<0.001)。结论积极应对在社会支持和大学新生学校适应之间起部分中介作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between social support,coping style and university adaptation of freshmen.Methods A total of 256 freshmen were measured by questionnaires of Social Support Evaluation Inventory,Coping Style Questionnaire and Chinese College Students Adaptation Inventory.Results ①University adaptation of freshmen was positive correlation with positive coping(r=0.325~0.595;P<0.01),but negatively correlated to negative coping(r=-0.595~-0.290;P<0.01);②The total score and the aspects scores of university adaptation in freshmen were positively related to social support(r=0.166~0.492;P<0.01);③Social support had both direct and indirect effects on freshmen’s adaptation to university by positive coping(standardized regression weights=0.456~0.509;P<0.001).Conclusion Positive coping style is the mediator in the relationship between social support and university adaptation of freshmen.
