医学专业学位研究生科研记录考核评分细则的构建及效果评估

目的构建医学专业学位研究生科研记录考核评分细则,并对其进行效果评估,以推进医学专业学位研究生的培养质量。方法通过文献研究法、德尔菲法和问卷调查法,构建医学专业学位研究生科研记录考核评分细则。对2013年9月至2016年9月入学的135名某医院专业学位研究生进行毕业后随访,了解其毕业前夕的科研记录考核评分情况与其一般情况及发表论文、主持课题等科研能力相关指标之间的关系。结果构建的科研记录考核评分细则能充分体现医学专业学位研究生培养的特点和要求。医学专业学位研究生科研记录考核优良等级占比逐年提高,2013、2014、2015和2016级专业学位研究生该占比分别为51.9%、60.0%、95.0%、97.7%(P<0.001)。共产党员和共青团员的科研记录考核优良等级占比显著高于群众(89.7%vs.84.5%vs.65.8%,P<0.05)。科研记录考核处于优良等级的研究生毕业后更多的是在三级医院就职,优于考核等级为合格者(P<0.05)。另外,评分细则的具体条目亦有不同的指向作用,与科研能力方面的观察指标也相吻合。结论研究构建的医学专业学位研究生科研记录考核评分细则,在有效量化、规范学生科研活动与预测学生未来发展方面均有一定的指导作用。

The establishment and effect evaluation of the detailed scoring regulations of scientific research record assessments for graduate students with medical professional degrees

Objective To establish detailed scoring regulations of scientific research record assessments for graduate students with medical professional degrees and to implement effect evaluation and thus improving the education and training quality of graduate students with medical professional degrees.Methods Documentary research method,Delphi method and questionnaire method were used to establish the detailed scoring regulations of scientific research record assessments for graduate students with medical professional degrees.A total of 135 graduate students who had been enrolled to study in a hospital from September,2013 to September,2016 were selected into a follow-up study after their graduation so as to find out the relationship between the assessment scores of scientific research records of these study subjects prior to graduation and the indexes related to their research capabilities,such as general information,paper publishing and project supervision,etc.Results The established detailed scoring regulations for scientific research record assessments could adequately reflect the characteristics and requirements of educating and training graduate students with medical professional degrees.The proportion of the graduate students with professional degrees acquiring excellent scores in scientific research record assessments increased on a yearly basis.The graduate students with medical professional degrees who graduated in 2013,2014,2015 and 2016,respectively,scored,in turn,51.9%,60.0%,95.0%and 97.7%(P<0.001).Meantime,among the graduate students acquiring excellent and good scores,the ratio of those who were Communist Party members and Communist Youth League members were higher than general people(89.7%vs.84.5%vs.65.8%,P<0.05).A large ratio of the students with excellent and good scores of scientific research record assessments were employed by tertiary hospitals after graduation whereas a comparatively small ratio of the students with just qualified scores were employed by tertiary hospitals after graduation(P<0.05).In addition,the specific items of the detailed scoring regulations also had different guiding functions,which were consistent with the observation indexes regarding scientific research capabilities.Conclusion The established scoring regulations of scientific research record assessments for graduate students with medical professional degrees have certain guiding functionsin effectively quantifying and standardizing students’scientific research activities and predicting directions of students’future development.
