纤维素和直链淀粉衍生物双选择体手性固定相的分离特性研究

摘    要:为了发掘能识别更多手性化合物对映体的手性固定相,并且此固定相能够用廉价易得的原料制备,将具有较强对映体识别能力的纤维素-三(对甲基苯甲酸酯)和直链淀粉-三(3,5-二甲苯基氨基甲酸酯)按相同重复单元摩尔数共混,将得到的共混物涂覆于氨丙基硅胶上,制备出一种双选择体手性固定相,用37种手性化合物测试了纤维素及直链淀粉衍生物单选择体固定相和双选择体固定相的分离性能。结果表明:所制备的双选择体手性固定相能识别35种手性化合物对映体,而且基线分离了其中的22种,比两个单选择体手性固定相有显著增强的分离性能,从而显示出很好的应用前景。此外,色谱的分离结果表明,流动相中的醇对双选择体固定相的手性分离有较大的影响。

Enantioseparation Property of Biselector Chiral Stationary Phase Derived from Cellulose and Amylose Derivatives

Abstract:The aim of the present study is to develop a chiral stationary phase with a capability to separate enantiomers of more chiral compounds from cheap and readily available materials. Hence, cellulose tris(4-methylbenzoate) and amylose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) with high enantioseparation capability were blended in an equal molar number of repeating unit. Then the blend was coated on 3-aminopropyl silica gel to afford a biselector chiral stationary phase (CSP). The enantioseparation performances of the biselector CSP and the two corresponding single selector CSPs were evaluated with 37 structurally different chiral compounds. It was found that the biselector CSP could recognize 35 of the chiral compounds with 22 of them being baseline separated. The CSP possesses obviously enhanced enantioseparation capability in comparison with the two corresponding single selector CSPs, thus showing a very good potential for practical application. Additionally, chromatographic results show that the alcohols in mobile phases exert a significant impact on the enantioseparation of the biselector CSP.
