多卡融合全流程医疗服务模式的设计与应用

目的融合现有的电子健康卡、电子社保卡等多卡(码)应用,提高医疗服务效率。方法完善医院患者主索引系统,统一支付平台扩充医保移动支付场景,改造医院信息系统,在医院医疗服务全流程中,实现电子健康卡、电子社保卡等多卡(码)融合应用。结果提升了就医体验,实现了便民应用,支撑"互联网+医疗健康",形成了可借鉴、可复制的医院多卡融合应用模式。结论构建的多卡融合全流程医疗服务模式,可有效解决患者看病的难点问题,对便民惠民服务具有重要意义。

Design and Application of Multi-card Fusion Full-process Medical Service Model

Objective To improve medical service efficiency by integrating existing multi-card/code applications,including the electronic health card and electronic social security card.Methods Improve the master index system of patient and standardize the hospital payment system to expand mobile payment under medical insurance scenario,and reconstruct the hospital information system to realize multi-card/code integrated applications,including the electronic health card and electronic social security card,in the whole medical service process of the hospital.Results Medical experiences improved,convenient applications realized,“Internet+medical care”supported,and a reproducible hospital multi-card integrated application pattern created.Conclusion The multi-card integrated whole-process medical service pattern solves medical care difficulties for patients effectively,and offers convenient and beneficial medical services significantly.
