高压静电技术净化油液原理的研究

摘    要:在精密液压系统中,净化油液所使用的传统机械式过滤器或过滤技术,经实践证明已不能有效地过滤和净化被污染的油液。在过滤与净化被污染的油液时,静电净油作为一种新技术正在起着重要的作用。在静电技术中如何使污染颗粒带电与吸附是一个关键的问题。本文对此问题进行了详细的理论研究与实验分析。并得出了许多有意义的结论。

Abstract:The conventional in-line filter ormechanical filtration has been proved inefficientfor cleaning the contaminated oil in accuratehydraulic system.So the electrostatic oil cleaning,as a new technology,is playing an increasingly important role in oil cleaning or filtering.A key issue in this technology is now to makethe panical be electrified and absorbed. Theauthor has drawn a few of significant conclusions concerning this issue after in-depth theoretical research and analysis based on experiments.
