摘    要:近年,知识基础已成为当前教师发展研究中备受关注的前沿领域,特别是由于个体理论的兴起,越来越多的学者指出了个人知识在教师知识构成中的重要作用。个人知识源起于对传统的教师公共知识的批评与诘难。个体性、境遇性、实践性、整体性以及对话性是教师个人知识的重要特征。个人知识的提出有助于教师深刻地认识教学实践在其专业成长中的重要作用。

Abstract:In the recent years the base of knowledge has become the hot issue of teacher development research and especially due to the rising of individual theory, more and more scholars point out the importance of personal knowledge in the structure of a teacher's knowledge. Personal knowledge originates from the criticism and questioning of traditional teacher's public knowledge. Individuality, situaltionality, practice, comprehensibility and dialogue are all the important features of a teacher's personal knowledge, so the advancement of personal knowledge can help a teacher have a deep awareness of the important role of teaching practice in his major development.
