木薯组织培养快速繁殖的研究

摘    要:以木薯茎尖、腋芽作为外植体,在添加不同浓度6-BA、NAA的M S基本培养基上进行快速离体繁殖。结果表明:在M S 6-BA 2.0m g/L NAA 0.05m g/L培养基中进行茎尖、腋芽的诱导生长和继代培养,诱导和增殖效果较好,无菌苗诱导率为86.2%,丛生芽诱导率为82.6%,植株健壮;此外,在木薯的生根培养中,可以少加或不加激素,木薯都可以诱导出根。

Abstract:The axillary bud and stem tip of cassava were used as the explants,adding different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA on minimal medium MS, to carry out rapid propagation in vitro including bud-inducing growth and subculture.The results showed that the effect of bud-inducing and multiplication were better on the medium MS 6-BA 2mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L,and the inducing rate of asepsis plantlet was 86.2%,the inducing rate of clumpy buds was 82.6%,and the plantlets was vigorous.Moreover,during the root-inducing culture,roots could be induced with or without plant hormone.
