| 摘 要： | 以东方百合玛妮莎和星球战士继代培养的试管苗为材料,探索不同激素处理对百合试管苗生根与移栽的影响,结果表明:最佳激素处理的生根培养基为1/2M S NAA 0.3m g/L M ET 0.5m g/L;在相同的培养条件下,玛妮莎的生根效果好于星球战士;不同生根处理的试管苗移栽入相同的基质(2/5腐殖土、2/5珍珠岩和1/5泥炭)中,表现出和生根处理相同的差异。

| Abstract: | The subcultural test-tube derived plantlets of Oriental Lily varieties Manissa and Starfighter were used as the materials to study the effects of different hormone treatments on the rootage and transplanting of lily test-tube plantlets.The results showed that the optimum culture medium for inducing roots was 1/2MS NAA 0.3mg/L MET 0.5mg/L,and the effect of rootage on Manissa was better than that of Starfighter under the same culture conditions.Transplanting the test-tube plantlets from different rooting treatments into the same media with 2/5humus 2/5perlite 1/5peat,the differences were the same as that of rootage inducing. |
