2007年我院外科围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

目的：了解我院外科手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况和存在的问题，对抗菌药物的合理应用和宏观管理提供科学依据。方法：对我院2007年1月～2007年12月1708例患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用率、品种、给药时间、途径、疗程、感染率、DDDs排序等进行调查分析。结果：1708例患者抗菌药物使用率99．53％，其中清洁、清洁-污染、污染手术抗菌药物使用率分别为99．23％、100％、100％：一、二、三联抗菌药物使用分别占69．59％、28．35％、1．14％；抗菌药物使用种类以头孢占主导地位；抗菌药物使用时间平均为7．2d，手术切口感染率0．92％。结论：外科手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的应用广泛，存在不合理之处，应提倡安全、合理、有效地应用。

Perioperative Use of Antibiotics in Our Hospital in 2007

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the perioperative use antibiotics in surgery patients in our hospital and to probe into the problems involved so as to provide scientific basis for the rational use and macroscopic management of antibiotics. METHODS： The perioperative use antibiotics in a total of 1 708 surgery patients in our hospital from Jan. to Dec. in 2007 was retrospectively analyzed in respect of the rate of patients treated with antibiotics, drug variety, medication duration, route of administration, course of treatment, infection rate, order of DDDs etc. RESULTS： Of the total 1 708 cases investigated, 99.53% received antibiotics, of whom, the rates of patients with aseptic, aseptic-contaminative and contaminative operations treated with antibiotics were 99.23%, 100% and 100% respectively; the rates of patients treated with single kind, two kinds and three kinds of antibiotics were 69.59 %, 28.35 % and 1.14% respectively. Cephalosporins took the lead among all the antibiotics used. The duration for the use of antibiotics was 7.2 days on average. The rate of wound infection was 0.92%. CONCLUSION： There was a widespread perioperative use of antibiotics surgery patients is widespread and far from rational, it is advocated to use antibiotics in a safe, rational and effective way.
