| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between miR-141 expression and clinicopathological features,kelch like ECH associated protein 1(Keap1)/nuclear factor E2 related factor 2(Nrf2)pathway and prognosis in breast cancer.Methods From March 2014 to March 2015,breast cancer patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The expression levels of miR 141,Keap1 and Nrf2 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected.The overall survival and disease-free survival of breast cancer patients were followed up.Result The expression level of miR-141 in breast cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of miR-141 in breast cancer tissues with different tumor diameters and TNM stages were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the breast cancer tissues with miR-141 expression level
