| 摘 要： | 采用浮选柱对0.037~0.01 mm微细粒锡石进行了浮选试验研究,并对比了相同条件下浮选机和浮选柱的选别指标。结果表明,在给矿锡品位1.15%、浮选浓度30%条件下,经浮选柱一粗、一扫和一精作业,可获得锡品位25.50%、回收率82.46%的锡精矿;与浮选机相比,锡精矿品位可以提高8.0个百分点,回收率提高6.6个百分点。

| Abstract: | Flotation column was used to process a fine cassiterite ore with the fineness of 0.037~0.01 mm, and the obtained beneficiation results were compared with that of flotation machines operated under the same condition. The results show that with the feed grading 1.15% Sn and the pulp concentration at 30%, flotation column with the flowsheet consisting of one roughing, one scavenging and one cleaning can produce a tin concentrate grading 25.50% Sn at 82.46% recovery. Compared with the flotation machine, the grade and recovery can be increased by 8.0 percentage points and 6.6 percentage points, respectively. |
