摘    要:采用硝酸氧化酸性浸出法从高锡高砷铜阳极泥中浸出铜镍, 主要考察了硝酸添加量、反应温度、硫酸浓度、固液比和反应时间等因素对铜镍浸出效果的影响。实验结果表明, 在铜阳极泥质量20.0 g、2.0 mol/L硫酸溶液100 mL、固液比1/5、浸出温度85 ℃、浓硝酸用量2.0 mL、搅拌速度500 r/min和浸出时间90 min时, Cu和Ni平均浸出率分别达到94.58%和80.22%, 而As、Sb和Sn浸出率仅为4.52%, 1.11%和0.15%, 实现了Cu、Ni从阳极泥中的有效分离。

Abstract:Copper and nickel were leached from high-content tin-arsenic copper anode slime by nitric acid oxidation and acid leaching method. The effects of the addition amount of nitric acid, reaction temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, solid-liquid ratio, and reaction time on the leaching rates of copper and nickel were investigated. The results show that the leaching rates of Cu and Ni reach 94.58% and 80.22% respectively on average from 20.0 g (by mass) of copper anode slime, with 100 mL of 2.0 mol/L sulfuric acid solution, with solid-liquid ratio at 1/5, leaching temperature at 85 ℃, the concentration of concentrated nitric acid at 2.0 mL, the stirring speed at 500 r/min, and the leaching time of 90 min. While the leaching rates of As, Sb and Sn are only 4.52%, 1.11% and 0.15%, indicating the effective separation of Cu and Ni from the anode slime.
