| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了Rietveld方法,并引入该方法进行了钢中残余奥氏体定量相分析,探讨了该方法与传统X射线物相定量方法的特点,通过分析,发现Rietveld定量分析方法具有准确、高效和快捷等优点,尤其是它降低了择优取向造成的误差,此方法可作为钢中残余奥氏体定量分析的有益补充.
