奥氏体不锈钢高压锅盖冷成形裂纹成因分析

摘    要:通过化学成分分析、磁性试验、力学性能及显微硬度测试,金相及扫描电镜观察,分析了奥氏体不锈钢高压锅盖冷成形时形成裂纹的原因。分析表明,奥氏体不锈钢的成分基本符合标准,但力学性能存在明显的各向异性,组织中可观察到呈方向性排列的非金属夹杂物,在高压锅盖冷成形时,部分奥氏体发生了马氏体相变,奥氏体不锈钢高压锅盖冷成形裂纹的直接成因不是冷成形的形变马氏体,而是组织中呈方向性排列的非金属夹杂物。

Abstract:The cause of crack formation in cold formed pressure cooker cover made of austenitic stainless steels was analyzed by chemical analysis, magnetic test, mechanical property tests and micro hardness examination, metallographic and scanning electron microscopic observation. The obvious anisotropy in mechanical properties, non-metallic inclusions in array, some martensites transformed from austenites during cold forming were observed. The cause of crack formation is non-metallic inclusions in steel, not martensites from austensites during cold forming.
