基于田口法的镁合金激光焊接工艺参数研究

摘    要:利用Nd:YAG脉冲激光焊接机对镁合金进行对缝焊接工艺试验.以缝焊的最大抗拉强度作为评价焊接质量的品质特性,对影响焊接质量的六项关键工艺参数(保护气体、激光功率、工件移动速度、离焦量、脉冲频率和脉冲波形)利用田口法进行优化设计.依据田口法设计了18种工艺参数组合,每组工艺参数进行3次焊接试验.试验结果表明,激光功率和脉冲波形影响最为显著.通过优化工艺参数可使AZ31B镁合金焊缝获得169 N/mm2的最大抗拉强度.

Abstract:The magnesium butt welding has been tested on Nd:YAG laser welding machine.The welding quality has been evaluated by tensile strength.The key processing parameters which influence the welding quality such as shield gas,laser power,conveying speed of work piece,defocusing distance,pulse frequency and waveform of pulse have been optimized by using of Taguchi analytical methodology.According to Taguchi method,the samples have been divided into 18 groups,and 3 tests have been made for each group.The experiment results showed that the greatest effects on the welding quality are coming from laser power and waveform of pulse.The highest tensile strength can be reached to 169 N/mm2 by using of optimized process parameters.
