| 摘 要： | 对一典型摩托车车架结构编制了参数化有限元建模程序。用户仅需输入若干个车架基本尺寸参数即可自动生成所有网格划分数据,并可按ADINA,ANSYS,MAS通用有限元分析程序数据格式获得完整的模型数据文件,实现与分析程序的数据接口。从而大大简化摩托车架产品结构的有限元分析过程。利用该建模程序和ADINA分析程序对某厂K90型摩托车作了静强度分析,证实了本建模程序的实用性。

| Abstract: | A Program to build that model with variable structure parameters of motorbicycle frame which may be used for finite element analysis is created. It enables to automatically produce the mesh data and to directly form the model data file in accordance with present general programs as ADINA, ANSYS or MAS and thus to bring about interface with the analysis program data, while only a few structure sizes are input. There-fore the finite element analysis process is greatly simplified. Static strength analysis of the brand K90 motorbicycle is successfully completed by using the program and ADINA program. |
