麦默通活检与Tru-cut针活检在乳腺肿块活检中的比较分析

目的比较超声引导下的麦默通活检与Tru-cut针活检在乳腺肿块诊断中的差别。方法将200例乳腺肿块患者分成麦默通活检组和Tru-cut针活检组进行活检，比较2组患者取材成功率和病检符合率及术后并发症。结果麦默通活检组和Tru-cut针活检组取材成功率分别是100%和90%。病理符合率分别为100%和87.2%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），术后皮肤青紫皮下血肿发生率为8.7%和4%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论麦默通活检优于Tru-cut针活检，是目前病理活检诊断乳腺疾病比较理想的取样方法。

Comparative study of Mammotome and Tru-cut needle biopsy on breast masses

Objective To compare the differences of ultrasound-guided Mammotome and Tru-cut needle biopsy in diagnosing breast masses. Methods 200 patients with breast masses were classified as Mammotome biopsy group or Tru-cut needle biopsy group, the success ratios of sample choosing, the coincident ratios of pathological diagnosis and the incident ratios of postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The success ratio of sample choosing for Mammotome and Tru-cut needle biopsy was 100% and 90%, respectively. The coincident ratio of pathological diagnosis of Mammotome group was 100%, Tru-cut group was 87.2%, and the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The incident ratio of postoperative skin cyanosis or ecchymoma in Mammotome and Tru-cut needle biopsy group was 8.7% and 4%, respectively, and there was no significant difference in the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Mammotome biopsy, superior to Tru-cut needle biopsy, is a reasonable method in diagnosing breast masses.
