护理干预对艾滋病患者生存质量的效应研究

目的探讨护理干预对艾滋病（AIDS）患者生存质量的影响，改善艾滋病患者的不良心境，提高AIDS／HIV感染者的自我护理能力，从而提高其生存质量。方法将50例艾滋病患者随机分成两组，观察组（A组）26例，对照组（B组）24例，观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上进行心理干预及系统的健康教育，而对照组仅做常规的治疗护理。同时设50名正常人作为正常组（C组）。采用健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）和一些自选条目．于护理干预前测评A、B、C组，并于护理干预3个月后再次对A、B组进行测评分析。结果干预前A、B组的各方面比分均低于C组，干预3个月后观察组的生存质量明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论艾滋病患者总体生存质量较差，全面系统的护理干预，可明显改善其生存质量。

A Nursing Intervention to Improve the Quality of Life in AIDS Patients

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention designed to improve the quality of life for patients with AIDS. Methods A total of 50 AIDS patients were randomly recruited. Among them, 26 subjects in group A received regular nursing care plus psychological intervention and comprehensive health education, while 24 subjects in group B received regular nursing care only. The efficacy of nursing intervention was evaluated by questionnaire (SF-36) answered by AIDS patients before and three months after receiving intervention. Fifty healthy donors were included as control for comparison. Results AIDS patients in both group-A and B have lower scores of SF-36 compared to the healthy donors before intervention. The score (quality of life) was significantly higher in group-A AIDS patients than the group-B patients after three months of nursing intervention (P<0.01). Conclusion A properly designed nursing intervention for patients with AIDS would significantly improve their quality of life.
