| 摘 要： | 本文分析我院六年来住院确诊为扩张型原发性心肌病39例临床资料,经治疗后有27例(69.2%)好转,死亡7例(17.9%)。重点讨论了本病的诊断、鉴别诊断问题。本病须与心包病、冠心病、风湿性心脏病、慢性克山病、继发性心肌病及原发性心肌病中的其它类型相鉴别。

| Abstract: | The clinical data of thirty nine inpatients vith primary ectatic myocardos- is are analysed in the past six years.According to the analysis of clinical pathology data,diagnostic basis of this disease was the following:1.heart en- largement was found by physical examination,cardioroentgenography and/or ultrasonic cardiogram;2.manifestation of congestive heart failure;3.ecto- pic rhythm,block,myocardial damage,abnormal Q wave,etc.in the electro- cardiogram;4.anamnesis of syncope attack;5.complications of embolism; 6.other heart diseases and myocardoses were eliminated.Both the first and sixth items are two necessary conditions.After treatment twenty seven patients (69.2%) recovered,and seven patients died. |
