| 摘 要： | 本文采用皮下注射外源性ＯＴ方法，观察了各种不同剂量的ＯＴ对小鼠胚胎早期妊娠的影响。结果显示：各种不同剂量的ＯＴ对小鼠胚胎早期妊娠有明显和极明显的抑制作用；对未妊娠小鼠血清中Ｅ２和Ｐ含量测定的结果表明：Ｅ２的浓度呈双相反应，ＯＴ低浓度时抑制其分泌，高浓度时促进其分泌。各种不同剂理的ＯＴ的Ｐ的分泌均呈抑制效应。提示ＯＴ对小鼠胚胎早期妊娠的抑制作用可能与它破坏了体内分泌微环境有关。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the effect of OT in different doses on mice early - pregnancy was observed by means of subcutaneous injection. The results showed that mice early - pregnancy was inhibited obviously by the various doses of OT. The results of detecting E2 and P in nonpregnant mice serum indicated that the con-centration of E2 showed bilateral changes, which low dose OT inhibited its secretion and high dose OT pro-imting its secretion. The various doses of OT all showed the inhibiting effects on P secretion. The results demonstrated that the inhibiting effect of OT on mice early - pregnancy may be related to its disturbing the endocrine microenviroment. |
