| Abstract: | This paper explores of teaching of cuisine English based on themes. On the basis of the exploration of the thematic teaching mode and the disadvantage of traditional teaching methods, the paper expounds how to apply thematic teaching mode to the teaching of cuisine English and its significance of the application in the hope that cuisine English teaching could cater for the new need and promote the students＇ overall language competence. |
