摘    要:文章基于主题教学模式,对烹饪专业英语教学实践进行了探究。在分析了传统教学模式弊端的基础上,提出了如何将主题教学模式应用于烹饪英语教学实践及其意义,以促进学生技能和英语能力的全面提高。

On Teaching of Cuisine English Based on Thematic Teaching

Abstract:This paper explores of teaching of cuisine English based on themes. On the basis of the exploration of the thematic teaching mode and the disadvantage of traditional teaching methods, the paper expounds how to apply thematic teaching mode to the teaching of cuisine English and its significance of the application in the hope that cuisine English teaching could cater for the new need and promote the students' overall language competence.
