溴化锂冷冻机组故障分析及处理

摘    要:因为泄漏,溴化锂冷冻机组制冷能力严重下降。通过故障原因分析和实际监测,准确地判断出具体的泄漏部位和泄漏量。根据实际情况,用冬季温度较低的生活用水代替空分设备所需的冷却水,不仅为冷冻机组的检修留出足够的时间,而且为空分设备平稳生产提供了保障。

Abstract:The refrigerating capacity of lithium bromide chiller set seriously drops due to leakage. The leaking location and the leakage volume are corrcctly judged through analysis of the trouble cause and the actual monitor. In winter, substitution of relative low-temperature domestic water . for the cooling water required for the air separation plant as per actual conditions provides sufficient time for repair of the chiller set and ensures steady production of air separation plant.
