蒸气相法合成AlPO4—5和AlPO4—11分子筛

摘    要:报道了使用HF-Al2O3-P2O5-H2O凝胶在有机胺-H2O蒸气相中合成AlPO4-5和AlPO4-11分子筛。研究了酸的种类、有机胺类型、F^-/Al2O3和胺/H2O对AlPO4-5和AlPO4-11分子筛纯相合成的影响。实验证明,F^-对Al的络合作用是它们形成的关键因素之一,只有适量加入HF,才能用蒸气相法合成AlPO4-n分子筛纯相;用蒸气相法在Et3N-H2O蒸气体系中可合成AlP

Abstract:It was reported that gel HF Al 2O 3 P 2O 5 H 2O transformed into molecular sieves AlPO 4 5 and AlPO 4 11 in vapour phase of amines H 2O mixtures In this paper, the influences of different types of acids and amines, the F -/Al 2O 3 ratios and the H 2O/amine ratios for preparing pure phase molecular sieves AlPO 4 5 and AlPO 4 11 have been studied The experiments have demonstrated that coordination of F - anion to Al is one of the key factors for preparing molecular sieves AlPO 4 5 and AlPO 4 11 By means of the vapour phase method, molecular sieves AlPO 4 5 and AlPO 4 11 can be prepared either in the vapour system of Et 3N H 2O or in the vapour system of n Pr 2NH H 2O, only if the HF in the system is in a suitable amount Synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and FT IR The data show that the synthesized samples have typical physical chemical properties of molecular sieve AlPO 4 n
