| 摘 要： | 重点介绍了频闪成像试验系统 ,以及运用ACDSee、Photoshop应用软件对频闪成像试验系统所拍摄的图片进行处理和编辑的方法 ,从而实现了对喷柱形成过程的动态观察。文章中还运用上述手段对一拖燃油喷射公司生产的几种不同结构参数的喷油嘴的喷雾特性进行了定量分析和比较研究 ,简要论述了喷油嘴结构参数的变化和是否经过挤压研磨处理对喷柱的喷雾锥角、贯穿距离所带来的影响 ,为一拖燃油喷射公司生产的J系列喷油嘴偶件与不同的发动机合理匹配提供了研究方法和理论指导。

| Abstract: | The pulse light device is introduced in this paper, and the method to edit photograph obtained by the pulse light device with the soft of ACDSee and Photoshop is also introduced. Thus the dynamic observation for the process of spray formation can be made. With the method above the quantitative analysis and comparing research of the spray characteristics are carried out in the bases on the nozzles having different construct parameter which is made by YTF (CHINA YITUO GROUP COPORATION LIMITED FUEL INJECTION). The influences on the spray penetration and cone angle of the nozzle for different construct parameters and the squeezing and abrading polish are discussed. Some recommendation is provided to the J series nozzle made by YTF and matched with different diesel engine. |
