摘    要:本文建立了一个使用 (HNO3+HClO4)和 (HNO3+H2 O2 )湿法消解样品 ,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法 (ICP -MS)测定人尿、血清和脏器样品中痕量铊的方法。选择了仪器最佳操作参数 ;选用铼 (Re)作内标元素 ,可补偿基体效应。方法的检出限为 0 .0 0 8ng mL ,加内标回收率为 93~ 1 1 0 % ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为1 .8~ 5.7%。

Abstract:The paper studied the method of determining trace thallium in biological samples. Rapid and complete dissolution of urine, serum, liver, kidney, brain and muscle was achieved with a mixture of nitric acid, perchloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Optimal instrument operation parameters were selected. Element of Re was chosen as internal standard to compensate matrix effect. The detection limit was 0.008 ng/mL, the recoveries of spiking samples were from 93% to 110%, RSD are from 1.8% to 5.7 %. The study proved that this method was rapid, sensitive and accurate.
