针刺联合麻疼汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变68例

目的]观察针刺联合麻疼汤对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗作用.方法]将136例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组68例予针刺治疗,1次/d,每周5次,并予麻疼汤治疗,水煎,1剂/d;对照组68例予呋喃硫胺片,口服,每次50mg,3次/d,弥可保片口服,每次500μg,3次/d.两组疗程均为4周.结果]治疗组总有效率94.1％,对照组总有效率72.1％,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,两组治疗前后神经传导速度改善有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,两组间比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）.结论]针刺联合麻疼汤对糖尿病周围神经病变具有显著的临床疗效.

Acupuncture Combined with Hemp Pain Decoction Treatment of 68 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective]To observe the acupuncture combined with hemp pain of soup in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect.Methods] 136 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 68 cases in acupuncture treatment,once a day,five times a week,and hemp pain decoction,a dose daily; Control group of 68 cases with fursultiamine tablets,oral,50 mg each time,3 times a day,insurable piece（Japanese eisai co.,LTD production approval number：J20040024） approved by the state,oral,500μg each time,3 times a day.Two groups of a course of 4 weeks.Results] Treatment group total effectiveness was 94.1%,control group total effective rate 72.1%,two groups of curative effect of comparative differences had statistical significance（P 〈0.05）,two groups of nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,the comparison between the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with hemp pain decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significant clinical effect.
