经阴道彩色多普勒超声对宫颈疾病的诊断体会

目的本文分析各类宫颈疾病经阴道彩色多普勒超声声像特征，体会经阴道彩色多普勒超声对宫颈疾病的诊断价值。方法根据2003年6月至2006年12月止本院诊治各类型宫颈疾病的病例。分析其经阴道彩色多普勒超声的声像特征。结果本组76例，宫颈疾病中宫颈囊肿36例，其中纳氏囊肿34例，宫颈子宫内膜异位囊肿2例，宫颈息肉7例，宫颈带粘膜下子宫肌瘤2例，宫颈肌瘤9例，宫颈癌17例，宫颈妊娠3例，宫颈机能不全2例，经手术53例，宫颈镜检13例，宫颈刮片4例，超声与病理诊断符合率96％。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对诊断宫颈疾病方便、可靠、有效作为诊断宫颈疾病的首选检查方法。
