摘    要:结合前挡板支架形状特点及工艺分析,设计了凸凹模结构,并基于DYNAFORM软件反求得到准确的坯料尺寸,通过对坯料的弯曲翻边仿真模拟,预测了成形中易出现的拉裂、起皱、回弹等缺陷,据此优化了工艺参数,改进了凸凹模结构。最后采用CATIA软件设计了前挡板支架弯曲翻边整体模具,实践证明,该模具能生产出良好制件。

Forming Simulation and Die Design of Bending and Flanging for the Baffle Bracket Part
Abstract:After analyzing the shape and forming process of baffle bracket part, the punch and die structure was designed preliminarily. Then, the blank size was calculated accurately based on the software of DYNAFORM. In addition, the defects such as crack, wrinkle and springback were predicted by the simulation of bending and flanging, according which the structure of the punch and die was optimized. At last, we obtained a suitable die structure with feasible process,making qualified products.
