Graves眼病患者血清FT3、FT4、STSH、TRAb检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨FT3,FT4,STSH,TRAb在Graves眼病(GO)患者发生中的价值. 方法 采用放射免疫分析法检测72例GO患者、88例Graves病(GD)患者及20例正常对照组血清游离T3(FT3),游离T4(FT4),促甲状腺激素(STSH),促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)值,并对GO组、GD组、正常对照组各指标的检测值及GO组和GD组患者TRAb的阳性检出率进行比较. 结果 GO组和GD组患者血清FT3,FT4,STSH值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);GO组和GD组患者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).血清TR Ab 值在三组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).GO组明显高于另外两组(P<0.01) .患者血清TRAb阳性检出率GO组(86.11%)明显高于GD组(60.22%,P<0.01). 结论 血清TRAb值在GO的诊断中具有重要价值;血清TRAb值的显著增高可考虑为诊断或/和预测GO发生的指标之一.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of serum FT3,FT4,STSH and TRAb in patients with Graves ophthalmopathy.MethodsUsing radioimmunoassay,serum values of FT3,FT4,STSH and TRAb were detected in 72 patients with GO,88 patients with GD and 20 normal controls.The positive detection rates of TRAb between GO group and GD group were compared.ResultsSerum FT3,FT4,STSH in GO group and GD group were significantly higher than in normal control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between GO group and GD group(P>0.05).Serum TRAb had significant difference between 3 groups,highest in GO group(P<0.01).The positive detection rates of serum TRAb were 86.11%and 60.22%in GO group in group GD,respectively(P<0.01).ConclusionSerum TRAb plays a vital role in diagnosis of GO.The magnificently high serum TRAb can be an index to diagnose and/or predict Graves ophthalmopathy.
