钻杆接头用钢37CrMoE的试验研究

摘    要:针对国产石油钻杆接头存在强韧性配合不良的问题 ,试验研究了钻杆接头用钢37CrMoE。就该钢种的化学成分和冶金质量对材料力学性能的影响、冶金质量对淬透性的影响等进行了分析讨论。试验研究表明 :(1)经 880℃正火、 86 0℃淬火、在 5 30~ 6 0 0℃温度范围内回火后 ,37CrMoE钢具有较好的综合力学性能 ,其强韧性配合满足SY5 2 90— 1991《石油钻杆接头》标准的要求 ,可替代 4 0CrNiMoA和 4 0CrMnMo钢 ;(2 ) 37CrMoE钢的淬透性元素搭配合理 ,有害元素S、P等明显减少 ,夹杂物少且均匀化。这是提高该钢种淬透性及综合力学性能的主要原因

Abstract:In the light of the improper matching of the obdurability of tool joints, the tool joint steel 37CrMoE is investigated by test. The influence of the chemical compositions and metallurgical quality of this steel on its mechanical properties are analyzed, and the effect of the metallurgical quality on the harden ability is discussed. The tests show that: (1) after proper heat treatment, 37CrMoE steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties, and the matching of its obdurability satisfies the requirement of the Chinese standard SY5290-1991, therefore it can be used to replace 40CrNiMoA steel and 40CrMnMo steel; (2) the harmful microelements (such as S, P) in 37CrMoE steel is reduced obviously, and the impurities are less and distributed uniformly. This is the reason for the improvement of the harden ability and comprehensive mechanical properties of this kind of steel.
