动物乳腺生物反应器的应用及研究进展

动物乳腺生物反应器是利用转基因技术获得药物蛋白的动物个体表达系统,其利用乳腺特异性调控元件指导外源基因在乳腺中特异地表达,以转基因动物的乳腺组织生产药用重组蛋白。本文就动物乳腺生物反应器的操作流程、应用、优点、存在的问题及其国内外研究进展和产业化现状作一综述。

Application and Progress in Research of Animal Mammary Gland Bioreactor

Animal mammary gland bioreactor is an individual expression system for development of drug proteins by transgenic technique, in which the foreign gene is expressed under control of mammary gland-specific regulatory elements. In this way, the re-combinant proteins for medical use may be prepared with the mammary gland tissue of animals. This paper reviews the application, advantages, shortcomings as well as progress in research and industrialization of animal mammary gland bioreactor.
