| 摘 要： | 利用专家评分的方法确定各个等级的质量指数,采用多元统计的方法分析了卷烟配方中常用的25个烤烟等级相似性.结果表明:常用的25个等级烤烟在外观质量指数、内在质量指数、物理特性指数、化学成分指数和总质量指数方面,烟叶的类间平方和均大于机误均方,都达到了显著或极显著的水平,说明其分类是合理的;在卷烟的配方设计过程中可以根据对烟叶各项质量指标的要求进行有尺度的选取替代的级别;在对这25个等级烤烟进行反判时外观质量指数和内在质量指数的总判对率达到了92%,卡方检验也达到了极显著的水平;在选取外观质量、物理特性和化学成分3个指标结合进行判别时,除C3F(由原来的第4类调整为第3类)外,其他24个等级均未误判,其判对率达到98%.

| Abstract: | Adopting the expert marking to confirm the quality index of different grades,the similarity of 25 tobacco grades in common used by multianalysis were analyzed.The results showed that:the 25 grades of common used in appearance quality index,chemical components index,physical characteristic index,the inherence quality and the integrate quality index;the tobacco sum square among clusters is bigger than mean square random error,has achieved significant or extremely significant level.This explained its classific... |
