Objective To explore the analgesic effect of GT-4A doula childbirth analgesia instrument combined with doula accompanying childbirth on natural delivery women and the effect of comfortable deliveryTo investigate the analgesic effect and clinical effect of non-drug delivery analgesics combined with guided delivery in pregnant women with natural childbirth..Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,124 cases of pregnant women who gave birth naturally in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,all pregnant women were divided into two groups on average,62 cases in observation group and 62 cases in control group.Routine analgesia was used for delivery in the control group,and non-drug delivery analgesia combined with doula was used for delivery in the observation group.The first,second and third stages of labor were compared between the two groups.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.The scores of self-rated anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rated depression scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups.Maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.124 women who gave birth naturally in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects,and all women were divided into two groups on average according to the stochastic table method,and 62 cases were observed in the observation Group and control group.The women in the control group took the non-drug delivery analgesic instrument to give birth,and the mothers in the observation group combined the lead delivery to give birth on the basis of the control group.The first stage of labor,the second stage of Labor and the third stage of labor were compared between the two groups,the analgesic effects of the two groups were compared,and the scores of self-assessment Anxiety scale(SAS)and self-assessment Depression Scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups of mothers.Results The duration of labor was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of pain grades showed that in the observation group,there were 10 cases of grade 0(16.13%),24 cases of grade 1(38.71%),19 cases of grade 2(30.65%),and 9 cases of grade 3(14.52%).In the control group,there were 3 cases of grade 0(4.84%),16 cases of grade 1(25.81%),18 cases of grade 2(29.03%),and 25 cases of grade 3(40.32%),with significant differences between the two groups(all P<0.05).The comparison of MATERNAL SAS and SDS scores between the two groups showed that the observation group received 42.17±6.83 and 44.06±5.98 SAS scores,while the control group received 53.67±8.33 and 54.58±7.39 SAS scores,all of which were lower than the control group(All P<0.05).Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the 2h postpartum blood loss and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The first stage of labor in the observation group was 424.87±67.84min,the first stage of labor in the control group was 473.45±102.38min,and the second stage of Labor and the third stage of Labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,p<0.05.Pain grading comparison found that the observation group of maternal level 010 cases(16.13%),1 levels 24 cases(38.71%),2 levels 19 cases(30.65%),3 in 9 cases(14.52%),the control group 0 Cases 3 cases(4.84%),1 levels 16 case(25.81%),Level 218 cases(29.03%),325 cases(40.32%),p<0.05.Two groups of maternal SAS,SDS score comparison found that the observation Group of maternal SAS score 42.17±6.83,SDS score 44.06±5.98,control group maternal SAS score 53.67±8.33,SDS score 54.58±7.39,p<0.05.Conclusion Non-drug delivery analgesia combined with doula delivery can shorten the labor process,reduce the degree of maternal pain,and is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postpartum anxiety and depression.Non-drug delivery analgesics combined with guided delivery can shorten the labor stage of maternity,reduce the degree of maternal pain,and help to reduce the occurrence of postpartum anxiety and depression.
