基于组播的远程图像监控系统设计

摘    要:为了提高变电站的自动化运行水平,实现变电站无人值班,必须对变电站的重要设施和场所进行现场图像监控。设计了适合无人值班的远程图像监控系统,它结合了网络的IP组播技术和图像压缩技术。给出了基于组播技术的监控系统的组网结构,并阐述了系统软件各个功能的实现。该图像监控系统是以光纤为媒体的远距离传输数字信号的系统,所需的带宽远低于传输未压缩图像信号的带宽,非常适合于局域网的应用系统。

Abstract:To improve the automatically running level of the transformer substation, and to truly realize the unmanned duty, it is necessary to monitor the locale image of the important devices and sites. In this paper, the remote image supervising system is designed with the multicast technology of network and the image compression technology is given. And more, the network construction of system based on the multicast technology is given, and the software design of the system's functions is discussed. The digital image signal is transferred through fiber in this system. This system needs lower bandwidth than the system with uncompressing image signal, and is easily adapted to the local network.
