摘    要:观音岩水电站溢洪道混凝土施工采用的是泵送混凝土浇筑方式,根据相关规程规范、设计以及施工设备的要求,需精心设计泵送混凝土的配合比。在配合比设计试验过程中,对外加剂掺量、砂率、用水量、各骨料比例优化选定,再通过混凝土抗压强度与水胶比关系曲线、配置强度、设计极限拉伸值、设计抗冻抗渗等级确定能满足设计强度的水胶比。综合各选定的参数,最终给出便于施工操作、成本合理、质量可靠的施工配合比。

Optimization design of proportion ratio of pumped concrete for spillway of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station
Abstract:The pumped concrete was adopted in the spillway construction of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station, the proportion ratio of concrete must be well designed according to requirement of correlative regulations, design and construction equipment. In the test of ratio design, the amount of admixture, sand ratio, water consumption, ration of the aggregates were optimized and selected. The optimized water-binder ratio was determined by considering the relation curve of compression strength and water-binder ratio curve, designed strength, designed ultimate tensile and designed frost-resisting grade. The proportion ratio was given out by comprehensively taking account of all the parameters, which is easy in construction, reasonable in cost and reliable in quality.
