LY12铝合金微弧氧化膜三维组织结构及占空比影响研究

摘    要:在Na2SiO3-KOH溶液体系中,采用恒流模式在LY12铝合金表面进行了占空比不同、厚度均为50μm的微弧氧化(Microarc oxidation,MAO)陶瓷膜制备。着重对微弧氧化膜表层、次层、内层以及界面的三维组织结构进行分析,并研究了占空比对陶瓷膜显微结构及相组成的影响。结果表明,大尺寸放电微孔仅在陶瓷膜近表面残存,而次层及内层微孔尺寸明显减小,且临近基体金属侧膜层中γ-Al2O3相较多。陶瓷膜截面能谱分析显示,Si元素在陶瓷膜外层及膜层内部微孔处含量相对较多。占空比对膜层结构影响显著,当占空比较小时陶瓷膜外表面为典型的火山喷射状形貌,随占空比增加,表面呈现出较多尺寸较大的饼状平滑区。陶瓷膜内/外表面XRD分析表明,内/外部膜层中α-Al2O3相含量都随占空比的增加而增加。

Abstract:The microarc oxidation (MAO) ceramic coatings were fabricated on LY12 aluminum alloy in Na2SiO3-KOH solution at different duty cycles using galvanostatic regime.Three dimensional structures of MAO coating including top-surface layer,sub-surface layer and inner layer were investigated.And the effects of duty cycle on microstructure and phase composition of MAO coatings were studied.The results show that the large size micropore is present only in top-surface region,while the dimension of micropore becomes sm...
