| 摘 要： | 对我国现行退休制度与人口老龄化的矛盾进行分析,借鉴国外应对老龄化的经验,得出调整职工退休年龄是缓解人口老龄化问题的有效途径之一的结论.同时,提出实施调整退休年龄的建议:适时实施延长企业女职工退休年龄政策,循序渐进地延长职工退休年龄,正确处理退休年龄与促进就业的关系.采用数据递推计算方法动态模拟延长企业女职工退休年龄使养老基金增值的情况,运用数据说明延长退休职工年龄应对人口老龄化的效果.
