摘    要:针对烟气轮机入口管道因高温热膨胀而引发的管道损坏,分析了管道受力情况和管道母材及焊材成分,认为材料缺陷和管道支架设置不妥,导致应力集中,材料内部发生品问腐蚀导致裂纹出现.改变管道母材及焊材材质,在水平管道上新增支架,同时严格执行安装程序,消除了应力腐蚀裂纹.

Abstract:Based upon the cracking failure of inlet flue gas duct of gas expander due to high-temperature thermal expansion, the duct stress and metallurgy as well as the compositions of electrodes were analyzed. It is found that the culprits of failure are the concentrated stress from material defects and improper installation of duct support and cracking from intergranular corrosion of materials. Selection of proper material for duct and electrode, installation of additional duct supports and strict implementation of installation procedures have eliminated the stress cracking.
