纽曼护理模式缓解诱导期血液透析患者压力的效果观察

目的探讨纽曼护理模式缓解诱导期血液透析患者压力的效果。方法 2010年3～9月选择39例首次接受血液透析患者,应用纽曼护理模式对患者进行压力源诊断,根据患者压力源的情况采取3级压力源干预。观察干预后患者压力缓解情况。结果干预后患者能较快地、有效地消除自身、人际间和外在压力源所引发的压力刺激,减少应激反应,心境变开朗,愿意吐露心声,积极主动配合治疗。结论应用纽曼护理模式对诱导期血液透析患者压力进行3级压力源干预,可有效控制和稳定患者的情绪,使患者平稳渡过血液透析诱导期。

Effect of Newman nursing model on tension of hemodialysis patients in the induction period

Objective To observe the effect on Newman nursing model on the tension in hemodialysis patients in the induction period.Methods 39 patients undergoing the first hemodialysis were treated with Newman nursing model from March to September in 2010 to detect the pressure sources.According to the specific pressure sources,the patients were interfered with the three-level elastic preventions.The relief of post-interventional tensions was observed.Results After intervention,the tension from interpersonal relationships and other external pressure in the patients was gradually relieved.They grew more and more cheerful,more willing to communicate with other and more active in complying with treatment.Conclusion Newman nursing model is effective for relieving the tension in the hemodialysis patients and helping them live through the induction period.
