摘    要:西宁机务段格尔木机车检修车间产生大量高浓度含油废水,其原有的处理设施不能满足达标排放的要求,需对其进行改造。改造后采用采用隔油沉砂-调节-隔油沉淀-气浮-过滤的工艺处理含油废水。经2009年监测,改造后处理设施出水的各指标平均值为:石油类4.2mg/L、CODcr37.5mg/L、BOD512.3mg/L、SS5.0mg/L、pH8.4,达到污水排放综合标准一级标准。

Abstract:Wasterwater discharged from locomotive repair shop of Geermu contains pollutants uncluding oil, the original treatment facilities can not meet the requirements of discharge standards and is required transformed. After transformation,the oil-contained wasterwater was treated by Geasy Sgregation and Sit Camber- Equalization Tank- Geasy Sgregation and Precipitating- Air flotation-filtration technology. The discarged water was monitored in 2009 and the average indicators were: oil 4.2 mg/L, CODcr 37.5 mg/L, BODs 12.3 mg/L, SS 5.0 mg/L, pH8.4, and it can be up to the standard after being applied with technical treatment.
