| 摘 要： | 目的 头孢噻呋钠制备工艺的研究。方法 7-ACA与2-呋喃甲硫羟酸缩合后，与AE活性酯反应得头孢噻呋酸，然后依次将之转化为头孢噻呋盐酸盐及头孢噻呋钠。结果 以7-ACA计算，总重量收率为78．9％。结论 此方法收率高，产品纯度好，适合工业化生产。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the preparation method of ceftiofur sodium. Method The condensation product of 7 ACA with furan 2 thiol formic acid and reacted with AE thiolester to obtain ceftiofur acid.Then ceftiofur acid was converted to ceftiofur hydrochloride and ceftiofur sodium successively. Result If caculated by 7 ACA,the total weight yield of ceftiofur sodium was 78.9% .Conclusion The method afforded high yield,highly pure product,and was suitable for industrialization. |
