| 摘 要： | 论文将以人为本的知识管理理念应用于联合虚拟参考咨询,并引入知识系统工程的思想,以知识的处理过程为主线,构建联合虚拟参考咨询服务的知识管理体系,旨在为图书馆间的合作搭建一个平台,实现资源、专家和服务的共享。
