中西医结合护理对预防腹腔镜术后患者腹胀的效果研究

目的研究中西医结合护理对预防腹腔镜术后患者腹胀的效果。方法选择我院2017年4月-2018年3月妇科行腹腔镜手术的患者132例作为研究对象,采用数字表随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各66例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中西医结合护理,比较2组术后首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间及腹胀严重程度。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间和排便时间均短于对照组(t=-3.738,P<0.001;t=-3.472,P=0.001;t=-3.807,P<0.001);观察组腹胀评分低于对照组(F_组间=26.667,P<0.001)。结论中西医结合护理干预可有效预防腹腔镜术后患者腹胀,对促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复有显著的效果。

The effect of nursing based on the combination of Chinese and western medicine on preventing abdominal distension after laparoscopic surgery

Objective To study the effect of nursing based on the combination of Chinese and western medicine on preventing abdominal distension after the laparoscopic surgery. Methods Totally 132 patients undergoing the laparoscopic surgery in the gynaecology department between April 2017 and March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 66. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was provided with nursing based on the combination of Chinese and western medicine. The postoperative exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time and defecation time, as well as the abdominal distention were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results The postoperative exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time and defecation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (t=-3.738, P<0.001; t=-3.472, P=0.001; t=-3.807, P＜0.001). The average abdominal distention score of the former was significantly lower than the latter (F=26.667, P<0.001). Conclusion The nursing based on the combination of Chinese and western medicine can effectively prevent abdominal distension after the laparoscopic surgery, and has a significant effect on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery.
