| 摘 要： | 结合某煤矿机械有限公司采煤机实施大批量定制生产的实际情况,基于大批量定制产品设计的理论及特点,在建立采煤机产品族结构模型的基础上,通过对产品族规则约束和配置方式的研究,基于规则约束提出一种结合产品编码的采煤机配置方法,实现采煤机按客户需求进行快速变型设计的目的.

| Abstract: | Combining with the practical instance of implementing mass customized manufacturing of coal mining machine of certain coal mining machinery limited company,based on the theory and characteristics of product design of mass customization,on the basis of establishing the structural model of coal mining machines' product family and through the study on regular constraint and configurative mode of product family,a kind of coal mining machines' configuration method combined with product coding based on regular constraint was put forward,and then achieved the aim of carrying out rapid version design of coal mining machines in accordance with the requirements of customers. |
