进口冷箱无损检测争议及缺陷处理

在对进口冷箱的射线检测底片进行复查时，对供应商提供的4张底片评定结果提出了异议。其中3张底片的对应部位经过重新检测以及打磨后获得了一致的验收结论。但对第4张底片，在从三个方向对该缺陷进行重新拍片后，制造商判定结果为焊缝根部与垫板的收缩沟，购买方判断为未熔合缺陷。为此，分别设计了超声波检测和重新制作试件的两种方案，对各自的判定结果进行验证。验证结果证实了缺陷性质为未熔合，为进口特种设备消除了安全隐患。
