双尺度低NO_x燃烧器技术应用分析

摘    要:分析了煤粉燃烧过程、NOx生成及控制方法、双尺度燃烧的技术原理,介绍了深圳妈湾电力有限公司1号锅炉燃烧器改造方案,以及为实现低NOx燃烧改造采取的各项措施。通过改造后的性能试验研究煤质、氧量、负荷、燃烧器摆角、磨煤机组合和配风等不同工况下的NOx排放特性,在此基础上进行燃烧优化调整后,NOx排放质量浓度(标准状态)在燃用大友煤时降至250mg/m3,在燃用神华煤时低至181mg/m3,改造后锅炉性能没有下降,并且取得了较好的经济环保效益。

Abstract:Analysis is made of the combustion process of pulverized coal,the generation and control of NOx,and the technical principles of double-scale burning.The retrofit program for Boiler 1burner of Shenzhen Mawan Power Co.,Ltd.and the measures of the burner retrofit for realization of low-NOx are described.The NOx emission characteristics in different conditions under consideration of coal type,oxygen,load,burner swing angle,mill combination,air distribution and so on are researched by means of performance test on the retrofitted burner.The optimization and adjustment of combustion based thereon reduce the mass concentration of NOx emitted to 250 mg/m^3(normally) with Dayou coal and as low as 181 mg/m^3(normally) with Shenhua coal.The performance of the improved boiler has not declined and has achieved high economic and environmental efficiency
