退行性骨关节炎80例X线诊断分析

目的 探讨退行性骨关节炎患者进行X线的诊断分析.方法 笔者所在医院2008年12月～2010年12月收治的经病理确诊为退行性骨关节炎的患者,共80例,男42例,女38例.80例患者均采用X线诊断,全部病例均做多关节照片,以手、足、腕小关节、膝关节、肘关节及肩关节和肩锁关节为主.X线机采用柯达计算机X线成像系统.结果 退行性骨关节炎患病,男、女基本相等,从80例退行性骨关节炎患者中可以看出,男42例,女38例,基本相等.主要X线表现有：关节肿胀38例,四肢大关节受累20例,脊柱受累12例,四肢小关节受累10例.结论 X线检查有助于退行性骨关节炎的诊断,值得大力推广.

80 cases of patient with osteoarthritis of X - ray diagnosis

Objective To discussed 80 cases of patient with osteoarthritis of X - ray diagnosis. Methods From December 2008 to December 2010 patients were treated by pathology osteoarthritis, 80 patients were selected, 42 males and 38 females. 80 patients were treated by X - ray diagnosis, all patients were long on joints photos to hand, foot, wrist and small joints, knee, elbow and shoulder joint and the acromioclavicular joint based. X - ray using Kodak CR （ computer X - ray imaging system）. Results The prevalence of degenerative osteoarthrifis of men and women were almost equal, our cases with osteoarthritis can be seen 42 males and 38 female, almost the same. Main X -ray findings include： joint swelling in 38 ca- ses, 20 cases of limb large joint involvement, spinal involvement in 12 cases, 10 cases involved small joints of the limbs. Conclusion X -ray examination can help diagnosis osteoarthritis, it is worth promoting.
