经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺增生368例报道

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切（TURP）治疗良性前列腺增生（BPH）的体会和经验,以进一步提高技术.方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院经尿道前列腺电切技术成熟后368例前列腺增生患者行尿道前列腺电切术的资料.结果 368例患者手术效果均满意,术中切除增生前列腺组织平均42 g,平均电切用时65 min,术中术后输血17例.术后随访2～24月者276例,IPSS评分平均7分,发生尿道狭窄者38例,均定期尿道扩张后治愈.结论 对前列腺增生腺体有较强的立体认识是进行TURP的前提条件,掌握手术操作技巧是该手术治疗取得满意疗效、降低并发症的有力保障.具备了上述能力,经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生是安全有效的,适合广大基层医院开展.

Analysis on transurethral resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To evaluate the method and clinical experience of transurethral resection of prostate （TURP） for benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods Data was retrospectively analyzed for 368 patients （ mean age 73 years）, mean International Prostate Symptom Score （IPSS） of the patients was 25. Results The outcome of the all patients was satisfactiory, average operation time was 65 minutes ,276 patients were followed - up for 2 months to 2 years, mean IPSS of the patients was 7. Conclusion TURP is safe, efficient treatment for BPH, and suitable for general primary hospital.
