电液负载模拟器最佳广义连接刚度的分析研究

摘    要:提出把电液负载模拟器的多余力矩视为一种补偿作用的观点,明确了广义连接刚度和系统性能的关系,提出了确定最佳广义连接刚度的基本原则,给出了确定最佳广义连接刚度的一种量化方法。理论分析、仿真和实验研究的结果证明了最佳广义连接刚度的有效性,系统有效地抑制了多余力矩。

Abstract:Some basic principles and a quantified method were presented on how to design an optimal generalized coupled stiffness of electro - hydraulic load simulator which regards surplus torque as compensation, not as disturbance. The relationship between generalized coupled stiffness and system performances was clarified. The validity of this stiffness is certificated by simulation and experimental results. Surplus torque is restrained efficiently.
